Review submission error

I have tried submitting a review for the Bad Boy Eau de Parfum Elixir over 10 times on desktop, mobile website, and app and it keeps giving me the "Review submission error. Please try at a different time".  Please help.

I’m having the same issue but for the

Urban Decay

24/7 Glaze-On Shimmer Liquid Eyeshadow in 

Frost Boss

and I’ve tried countless times.
