Review submission error

• Hello, I recently been trying to review a product I have been testing from #topbox circle on both sephora app and website. Every time I try to submit it to proceed it ends with submission error. I've been trying to make a review for a few days now with my deadline approaching and it leaves me with submission error to try again later.

Good morning, the brand/product I've been having trouble submitting a review is caudalie - premier cru anti-aging eye cream for fine lines and wrinkles. I made a review with this product two years ago and wonder if that's the reason why.
