Review isn’t showing up

I left a review for Clarins lip stain a few days ago now and still haven’t been able to see it. I need to be able to see it to upload to Topbox circle as it was an incentivized review.

@KiraMartin It looks like your review is still pending moderation. It can take up to 72 hours to complete moderation and post.

I was told that I would receive an update regarding the review I posted for Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix High-Shine Gloss Stick on Monday, March 10, 2025, but Sephora has not published it. I still haven’t received the update they promised. Additionally, my review of the Givenchy Prisme Libre Glow Serum Foundation, which I posted on Thursday, March 13, 2025, has not been published by Sephora either. I’m unsure whether they deleted it or have not posted it yet. They mentioned they would update me on the Fenty Beauty review by last Wednesday or Thursday, but I have not heard back. My username in Sephora is pinvictorian #support #review

@pinvictorian, thank you for reaching out to us! I can confirm your review of the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix High-Shine Gloss Stick was successful and it's currently up on the site. You may need to use they keyword search to pull it up. The keyword search won't work with your username, but it will work with keywords that you included in the review text. 

 

Similarly, the Givenchy Prisme Libre Glow Serum Blurring Foundation was successfully posted on the site. Please let us know if we can further assist. Thank you!

Hi @KiraMartin, my apologies! Are you referring to the Clarins Hydrating Water Lip Stain? If so, it looks like an error occurred and this has been corrected. You should be able to see your review from 3/18/25 on the site now. Please kindly note for the future, if you are posting reviews in French, we recommend posting them on the Sephora Canada-FR site (https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/).
