Hello,

 

I have been a VIB for many years and have only 2 or three returns to Sephora in 5 or so years. I went in with some products that caused me breakout. I was told that I was declined a refund and I should get an RAR report. This is unacceptable. All of the purchases were verified with my email. Why? The beauty consultant made me feel like a criminal. She called the other consultant who assumed the same attitude. Why did this happen?
