Return to sender

Hello. I placed an order on the 19th of September and it shipped the next day. The package arrived at my PO BOX address but was marked as undeliverable. I went to the post office on Friday. When the package arrived, and the office said they would unmark the package as undeliverable and delivering to me for Friday or Monday. As of now (Tuesday) I am checking my tracking info and noticed that the package is being returned to the sender. What can be done in this case? Can the package be intercepted and sent to the delivery address?
