Return After 60 days

Hi,

I bought 1 sunscreen and 1 face wash by the Sephora representative’s recommendation. I told her my skin is super sensitive and she highly wanted me to buy the products. After 3 months, I found out my skin get worse and worse, super dry and now I have no idea how to recover it… 

I usually apply the sunscreen on my hand before applying to the face and here is the result of my hand skin. I can’t imagine what did I use on my skin for the past three months…. 

This is my first time buy the products through the advice from Sephora representative, I fully trusted her since she mentioned all the good things of the unknown brand products.

I hope at least I can’t get my refund back due to such an disappointing experience and the huge damage to my skin now.

If you return within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. If your return is made 31-60 days after the purchase, you can do an exchange or get a merchandise credit in store. because i was believing in the recommendation from you guys and keep using it until after 3 months, i saw the impact on my hand as you can see from

the picture. If i know it before the timeframe, I would definitely return it.
