Replacement Order when I did not ask nor need one: UDPATED

Hi Sephora,

I do not need a replacement order "free of charge". Please cancel my replacement order. As a matter of fact, the shade I received was off and I am planning to return the foundation later this week and place another order with a DIFFERENT shade. I provided feedback regarding my experience and Sephora Customer Service's solution is to send a replacement order and ask me to get in contact with the carrier (indirectly blaming me for Sephora and FleetOptics problems) without my feedback? It is extremely stupid to send out another order without my feedback. It is also extremely insulting to indirectly place the blame on me when it was very clearly FleetOptics and Sephora Canada's fault.

 

 

EDIT: It appears my message finally got across. I am super grateful (🙃) for the very late notification Sephora team. Improve your customer service representative training.
