Refund

Yesterday I returned a couple items and it actually showed up as pending on my bank acc and I got a refund receipt but when I did a return and exchange at a store last Sunday, it didn’t say on the receipt I got a refund and no pending on my bank acc. I know it could take 7-10 days for a refund to show up on your account but I think they probably didn’t do a refund and they already took the item and it wasn’t opened/used.
