Refund

I cancelled an order and got the confirmation email. However, i haven’t got back my money yet. How much time do I have to wait for the refund?

@maiastein As your order was cancelled, please rest assured we have not actually charged you for the order. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days.

My money still hasnt been refunded, i’m not from de us and supposedly it has to be refunded tomorrow max. What do i do if it’s not refunded?
