Refund of Canceled Pickup Order

Hi,

 

I called for the status inquiry of the refund for my canceled pick up order  a week ago. 

The representative told me the store will email me about the investigation. However, they never reached out afterwards. It has been a long time since the order got canceled back in early November. Please help process the return, or as the last resort I may have to file a dispute through PayPal. Thank you and regards.
