Refund for cancelled order

I made an order last April 23, 2018 and a few days later, my order was cancelled by Sephora due to unsuccessful authorization. However, my debit card was still charged the amount and I was told that it would be refunded within a month. It has been a couple of months now and still no refund. How long should I wait for this???
