How to Redeem Birthday Gift In-Store for Newcomers?

Hi,

I’m new to Sephora and received a birthday gift, but I’m not sure how to redeem it in-store. Can anyone guide me through the process? Thanks.

@LeannaHalirose You can claim your birthday gift anytime during your birthday month! To claim your gift in store, simply provide your Beauty Insider account information at the cash wrap and ask for your gift!

Hi @Nichole0811,

You can simply provide your registered email address or phone number at the checkout counter so the Beauty Advisor can pull up your account.
