Hi, May i know why i am having a trouble to Redeem my birthday gift?

@MKKaur Your birthday gift is available during your birth month and within 2 weeks of your birthday and online must be included in a $25 merchandise purchase.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Your birthday gift is only available 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the birthdate on your account. It's possible that it's just not available yet or it's past the allotted time (don't know when your birthday is lol). But if it is in the given time frame then you might need to contact Sephora directly to see why you are having problems. Could always be a problem with their system, you just never know 🙂
