Receiving damaged items

I received three natasha denona in the mail today and one of the shadows is completely obliterated. I’ve never gotten damaged items before, so I don’t know what’s going to happen. I emailed customer support so I’m waiting to hear back. I’m just wondering if they’ll replace it and if they do will I need to send it back first. How long does this process take? I’m so upset.  My orders are #7822584197 and ##7822584706 and the broken palettes #9 #2 #8IMG_4435.jpg

You can go to the store and tell them about it.Bring the receipts with you and he will exchange it or give you a refund

I'm sorry but that is not possible. I'm on a business trip that will take me months out of the country. I need it solved online.
