Received wrong item

I received the wrong item. When I try to contact support via chat I wait for it to flash from unavailable to available and as soon as I click, it toggles back to unavailable and no chat window opens so I'm trying this forum instead.

 

Any advice on the best way to proceed is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@mmogg, I'm so sorry about this! We're happy to help. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number and details about the incorrect item you received, I'll look into this for you.
