Received wrong item

Just got my order today.

Sephora sent me wrong items with correct shipping, and there is no packing slip in the box.

I wonder how you sent out package without checking the packing slip?

So disappointed, I waited so long for the event and got wrong items. 

Can anyone correct this without waiting for ages?
