What happened to the Sephora I used to know and love?? Seems like quality control has seriously tanked..and this is coming from a loyal VIB/rouge for the last 15 years. Just ordered 9 new products (with a gift card from Christmas, but still not cheap), and five of those items were either used and/or in damaged packaging..I understand mistakes happen, but literally half of my order was defective in some way. In COVID times, this really makes me question how sanitary Sephora’s practices are..whoever checked/signed off on my packing slip sure didn’t take a good look at any of the products they were sending! I’m so disappointed after looking forward to receiving this order for the past two weeks, but looks like I will be returning and hopefully starting fresh. I always ride or die for Sephora..SOS!
