Received used/opened product

Hi,

I ordered online and redeemed my points for the biossance eye cream and moisturizer. When I received my order in the mail, the products I ordered were fine and sealed. However, when I opened the biossance box, the eye cream's lid was loose and when I opened it, I found that the product wasn't sealed and it looked used (second photo). I then opened the moisturizer and the seal was there, but loose. I now don't feel comfortable using these products because I don't know if they've been contaminated or not. For reference, I took a photo of the "sealed" moisturizer (first photo).
