Received used lip glosses !!!! :( :(

I purchased 2 Tarte lip paints and I received both products via the mail today and both look used!! Disgusting !!! More and more items that I purchase look like they have been used and restocked/sold again ! How are employees allowed to sell us these products ?! I am so disgusted !!! This is beyond unsafe and unsanitary!!!!

Hi @Marrrryyyyy I'm sorry to hear that you received defective lip paints.  Rest assure that our warehouse receives inventory directly from our manufacturers.  You're welcome to either return the items via mail or at your local Sephora store.  Please send me a PM if you need any assistance.
