Received damaged products

I received a completely destroyed rare beauty highlighter. I was so excited to get this and had signed up to get texts to alert me when it was back in stock. I ordered it immediately and my package just got in and it’s destroyed to the point of no use. The foundation I got also won’t pump any product out and I’m very frustrated. Any idea what I’m supposed to do? I spent a lot of money for this to happen. I understand it’s probably the shipping company’s fault for being rough with my package but I’m extremely annoyed.
