Received damaged eye shadow made by Lancome

Hi, I received damaged eye shadow and wondering how to deal with this. 

I ordered "LANCÔME Le Monochromatique COLOR: Magique (ITEM 2197739)" and really looking forward to get it.

I never had a trouble with items parching from Sephora, so I am really upset...

I have found out that this eye shadow has cracks on the top of it as soon as I opened the shipping box.

(You can see the cracks on an attached photo, I guess.)

So...has anyone bought this eye shadow online? Was it damaged as same as mine?

If so, I won't return this item nor get the new one online, because perhaps same situation would happen again.

I appreciate if you share me your thoughts on this!
