Received broken highlighter

Hi, 

 

I finally received my Sephora order today and was so sad to see that my highlighter was broken when I opened the box. Is there any way I can speak to someone about this? I was going to return it, but I don't have a printer at home to print out the return label either 😞 

 

Also, I didn't receive the samples I had picked. Is that normal?

 

Please help!
