Received a used product??

Hi there, ordered two products; the inkey list hyaluronic acid serum and the inkey list beta hydroxy acid, and the first one has a clear circular “tape” on the box it comes in, so it was sealed, but the beta hydroxy acid does not have one of those seals on the box, so I believe it is not a new product. Also, I put them next to eachother and it has a few millimetres less than the hyaluronic acid in the bottle.

How can I receive a replacement? I don’t want to be using a product that is already used/someone else’s return.

@eb1217 if you bought it online you can return it through the mail. If you bought it in store you can return it
