Received a shattered palette

I received a shattered Tartelette Toasted palette. It was supposed to be a gift but I noticed black bits on the box and when I opened it, the shade Crackle was shattered and the shade was dusted all throughout the palette. This is the second shattered item I have received during this sale. Pretty disappointed. Would appreciate some assistance!

Hi @SailorTofu. You can return the item in-store for a refund or exchange, within 60 days of purchase. Items returned 61-90 days after purchase are eligible for store credit. If you are unable to go in-store, please call us at 1-877-SEPHORA or send me a message with your order number for assistance.

RE: Received a shattered palette

If you are able return it to store. They should be able to order a replacement if there is not one in store. Don’t waste your time spinning your wheels with Sephora Customer Service.
