Received a damaged product

Hey, I received the ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS - Eyeshadow Palette Vault and one of the palettes (Soft glam) is damaged. Can I either get a refund for it or have just that one palette resent to me? I was really looking forward to trying out both palettes this holiday season.
