Received Used/Damaged Huda Beauty Easy Bake Pressed Powder

I ordered a Huda Beauty Easy Bake Pressed Powder.

Unfortunately, the item arrived in used/damaged condition.

 

There is powder fallout all over the compact, including the mirror, edges, and outer frame, which clearly shows that the product was either opened or mishandled before delivery.

I have attached photos for reference.

 

This is very disappointing because this is the second time I have received this product in unacceptable condition, and I rely on Sephora for authentic, untouched items.

 

I kindly request you to please deal with this situation as soon as possible because as I mentioned this is the second time this has happened. I was in need of this product and not expecting this extra procedure just for an un used product.
