Received Tampered Order (Opened Products, Half Empty Product, Loose Cap)

I am a disturbed to find some of my online order items looked like they were opened or used previously.

The two 100 Point Reward Bazaar items I ordered were tampered with. Upon arrival, the box of the Fenty Beauty lipstick was semi-closed with one side flapped folded inward under the item, which only occurs when someone carelessly puts the item back into the box after checking it out. It looked like there were foreign finger prints on the shiny item.

The Versace Bright Crystal Eau de Toilette came 1/2 empty. There was no leakage inside the small package, but the perfume roller looked wet. (Usually, roller applicators are dry before they are used for the first time.)

The Origins Day and Night Delights box flap looked slightly lifted. Inside, the lid on the eye cream was very loose, unlike the tight caps on the gel moisturiser and the renewal cream.

Did someone tamper with my order prior to shipment? The blushes, the Laura Mercier powder and the Fresh cream looked untouched.

I am okay with not receiving one of the three samples, but I am disgusted that items in my order looked tampered with. Is this is normal coming from the Sephora warehouse?

Please advise my next course of action.
