Really annoyed with rewards bazaar

I put this in my cart right away when it was still available but when I went to checkout, it kept saying my cart was out of date!! I kept closing and reopening the app, and it still said the cart was out of date. Then after a few more tries, the item was out of stock by then. It also shows my points are reduced. So I don’t get it, did I get the item or not?

I'm sorry about this! The out of basket message means the item is no longer available and you would need to refresh your basket. The higher point rewards are limited in quantity and tend to sell out quickly. I sincerely apologize for the trouble and I'll check on your points. I'll send you a message shortly.
