Reaching VIB... is there a reward?

I understood that once you reach VIB status, you have the option to choose from 2 makeover certificates or 500 extra points? Are those rewards still offered? I reached VIB status this August but haven’t received anything.

There’s no reward. Sephora got rid of the tier rewards/gifts. Sorry to say you don’t get anything for reaching VIB. There should be a VIB sale in November & you qualify for 15% off of a $35 l+ purchase but that’s really the only “perk” you get now.
