I posted a comment about 3 weeks ago and got a response and was told I could pick a few of the beauty offers to be sent to me. I have never received anything so was trying to find out if something can still be sent.

I apologize. I did respond by email.. The store location is inside JC Penny at 4541 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond Vs 23231. I've noticed that practically every employee there now is new so Im not even sure if those employees work there anymore. I originally wanted item from code WONDERSKIN - fresh black tea kombucha facial treatment essence so if it's still available it can replace the last item listed below.. The other beauty offers I would like are code: VIBROSY-fresh toner and mask VIBTINGLY- tarte cleansing gel/ knockout treatment. VIBZING- origins trio Thank you so much. I have recently been diagnosed with a potentially life threatening medical condition and haven't had a lot to look forward to, and even though this is something small I love Sephora products and have really been looking forward to receiving it.

I had just made a complaint about not being able to use my beauty insider points for rewards at the store near me because the employees get them.. One told me she got 6 of the items just herself. When they have good rewards the customers must get them the day they come in or the employees get them all. .Most recently was algenist liquid collagen and bum bum cream. She apologized, said she would let someone know and offered to let me choose a few of the beauty offers and she would send to me.. I picked some out and never heard back.
