Rating Reviews with Sephora App

Hello beauties ♥️ I posted a photo of my dog. He's reflecting my clueless-ness in this situation. Usually I'd consider myself fairly tech-savvy... But for the life of me I can't figure out how to rate reviews using the Sephora app. Is there even such a function? I know it's totally available on the web version. Also bonus question, do you ever post reviews and they just never appear, whether you check on your profile or the products themselves, on both the app and web versions?

Your pup is adorable!!! Also, sorry if you're having trouble leaving a review through the app. Please be sure to download the most updated version. 

Once in the app, select the product you'd like to review. Directly underneath the product, you'll be able to see the option to select to read current reviews. From this page, there should be an option to write your own review 🙂

Please keep in mind reviews may not post for a few hours. If you're having trouble posting them, please let myself or one of the mods know!

Hey thank you for responding. I actually have to update the app manually pretty regularly because issues start cropping up like reviews not showing at all (like right now actually) or not being able to post a new look. I have no problem writing reviews, just I notice when I use the app, sometimes they don't show up at all, after weeks. That's okay because I can deal with it by using the web version. But really what I want is to be able to rate reviews on the app but I guess such an option doesn't exist?
