Rated Number One????
What a joke. I heard Sephora is rated number one for their play box. I guarantee they paid people to say that. After getting booted out of registering my payment method TWICE, I finally was able to subscribe. I waited for the highly anticipated box only to find out that not just one, but TWO of my products are missing??? Never had this problem with Ipsy or any of the other makeup subscription programs I'm a part of. I messaged the Facebook page and was told they "ran out" of the products and could maybe refund my money, but I'd have to wait a few days to find out. I messaged them back and never got a reply so I don't even know what I'm supposed to do. Sephora's customer service is a joke and it's so hard to find someone who knows how to fix this issue. Any ideas on who to contact????
