Rare Beauty reward

Sooo disappointed.  I've been checking for the 5000 point Rare Beauty reward for 2 weeks.  I wasn't sure about the day or time the rewards are released.  I just know that everytime that I see something I want, it's already sold out.  I had my alarm set to ring every hour, so I would know to check the app. I was checking in the middle of the night just in case they slipped it in.  I was so excited at 11:00 cst today when I saw the reward was finally available. I added it to my basket and as I'm checking out, it says that an item in my basket was no longer available and to please remove it. How did I lose it that fast? Story of my life🙁. I will forever have reward points because I'm not doing that again. Congrats to those who got it.

Same here, I totally feel your frustration. I set my alarm for 8:55am every new reward drop day in anticipation for these rewards. If Sephora wants to make such a big deal about upcoming "spotlight" rewards, they should have the supply to be able to keep up with their rewards members who have been saving their points for these items. Sephora...if you don't have the appropriate stock, which you clearly did not given the fact that these rewards sold out in seconds, yes... SECONDS, don't hype all of these people up just to disappoint them. I have always spoken highly about Sephora rewards, but I am seriously starting to think that they aren't all that! #disappointed

I did the same 😭I have been saving points forever to get something I really wanted and this was the ONE!! I don’t understand how these are always gone. Do they only have one of the 5000 point rewards? So frustrating

@Telly504 I'm so sorry to hear that!  This reward was very popular and did sell out quickly. I truly apologize for the disappointment and  I will share your feedback with the appropriate department for future improvements.
