Hi,

I just bought a highlighter on Sunday and it began to open it to see it was broken. Would I be able to get a refund? I didn’t receive a receipt when I bought it because they said they will just email it to me, which they didn’t. I put in my account when I bought it so it should be under my recent purchases. Can I return it and get my money back or store credit even if I don’t have my receipt?
