RETURN TO SENDER AND SEPHORA WON’T REFUND

I am expecting a package to arrive today. Unfortunately, USPS tagged it as “return to sender” without any reason! The only reason I can think of is the impending hurricane in Florida or they cannot find my house number!

 

I nicely asked the live support if I can get the same things and promotions if I reorder once the items are RETURNED TO THEM. Otherwise, I want a refund. HOWEVER, the customer support keeps on insisting that I have used a parcel forwarding address so they can’t refund! He wouldn’t even listen! He said they based on my previous shipments not my recent order, so they can’t guarantee a refund!! How insane when THE ADDRESS I USED FOR THIS ORDER IS NOT EVEN A FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESS.

 

I have used parcel forwarding addresses LAST YEAR since I wasn’t in the US yet. That’s why I stopped using Sephora for a while. AND NOW THAT I AM HERE, I AM USING MY APARTMENT’S ADDRESS ALREADY. And yet, they’ll keep on insisting that this is a freight forwarding address. You can even check on Maps how this address looks like!!! I didn’t have a problem ordering 2 weeks ago and yet this agent won’t even acknowledge that!
