Hello! I received my VIB card this Friday in store. I think my online account has already updated to VIB, but I keep seeing message like "reach VIB by 10/31 to enjoy 20%off during Holiday Bonus. Check your progress" ( I add a photo below). This confused me, I am not sure whether I am a VIB now... I don't understand why and what the problem is or how to fix it. PLEASE HELP. Thanks!!!
