Question!

I was scrolling on the Sephora savings FAQ to see what discount I would get. As an insider I’d get 10% off, which is decent but then I looked at VIB, which is 15%. To be a VIB you need to spend at least $350 every year.

 

Now I swear I’ve spent at least $350 this year in stores. Never purchased online just because of shipping and I want to know if I like the products in store first and blah blah blah. But I still have this account to collect points when I make purchases in stores, and ya know what? I don’t have any points :(. This account is ran by an email, not a phone number. When I make my purchases in store they always ask for a number, and they say emails don’t work so I always end up transferring my purchases points to my mom’s account. Anyone got any advice for what to do? It’s just frustrating that I’ve made many purchases and haven’t gotten any points yet.

@ChickenGurlie Sorry to hear about this. Our Sephora stores should be able to look up your account with your registered email address. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
