Question regarding spend 500 points get $10 off

Hi, I recently placed an order for Huda Beauty faux filter foundation. I used 500 points to get $10 off. I used the foundation shade matching tool online. I typed in my perfect shade as Mac Studio Fix Powder NC20 (my everyday colour) and it told me to buy Milkshake 100B. My question is.. because it is clearly not a match (as seen in the swatches on my hand: Left Huda beauty foundation Right is the Mac powder), am I able to get my points refunded to me when I refund the foundation? I am not interested in doing an exchange in colour as I now believe I can’t get a perfect match without trying it in store on my face. And I don’t want to do that right now as the whole point in me buying online was to avoid being exposed to Corona in store. I think I just want my money back and my points back to spend on something else entirely. Also for reference, I think the Huda beauty virtual “swatch” online looks nothing like how it is in person. The swatch looks like it would have been a good match but it’s like 5x lighter in real life. Thanks.
