Question about return

I returned an online item in store on Sunday. The girl who helped me was new and didn’t have me put my card in for the refund like I usually do. The money has not gone back into my account and I think she did the return wrong. Do I have to go back to the store to have it fixed?

Generally, returns to your debit/credit card may take 3-10 business days to post to your account. If you have not received the refund after the 10 business days or if you have any questions regarding the return process, I recommend contacting the Sephora store directly. Thank you!

@DaneeBT Does it look like the return was processed correctly based on the receipt? I always receive the money back quickly for in store returns.

Hello. What ever happened with this? I currently have the same situation and not sure what to do about it. My receipt also looks exactly the same. Thanks!
