Question/Disappointment on Lunar New Year Promotion Bag

Hello! First I want to thank your logistics team for the super efficient delivery - I placed my order on Friday morning and it arrived the next morning on Saturday!

However I've a question on the lunar new year "yearofox" promotion bags. Not sure if I got a bad batch but it seems like the bags were not as advertised? I placed my order mainly because there are items I really wanted from the 6 deluxe size (Tom Ford mini lipstick, Jo Malone travel spray, Shiseido Ultimune concentrate, Sunday Riley night oil, Erno Laszlo eye mask, Estee Lauder advance night repair) and 2 single use (La Mer cream, Kerastase hair serum) samples in the email, but what I received is quite different and actually less than advertised.

The 3 items I'm eyeing (Tom Ford mini lipstick, Jo Malone travel spray, La Mer cream) weren't included in my bag, and while I understand sometimes samples can run out of stock, that's 3 items out of 8 and the replacements are barely equivalent - half a pack (?!) of Kerastate hair oil instead of La Mer cream, Marc Jacobs mini mascara instead of both Tom Ford mini lipstick and Jo Malone travel spray. That's 1 deluxe size sample less than what was advertised. To be honest I'm quite disappointed... Is there any way I can replace or exchange the bag, and receive the 3 items that I really want to try?

Same here!! I thought I was the only one, but I was missing the Tom Ford lipstick and got half a pack of the Kerastase! It’s like someone went in and tampered with the gifts!! Extremely disappointed as all I wanted was to try the Tom Ford!!
