Purchased Makeup Stolen

Hello,

I had bought the Sephora Collection Concealer in Panama City, FL. I had accidentally left my Sephora bag on my table at dinner. When I returned back to the restaurant, the employees said that a Sephora bag had not been turned in. I checked the table, and it was wiped clean. I'm pretty positive that someone had stolen my bag on their way out. Is there any way I could get a refund?
