Purchased Flash shipping but now can’t use it

I just purchased flash shipping on my last order, now two days later I am going to check out placing another order and cannot even select flash shipping if I click on the shipping section. It gives me no flash shipping option, just like a USPS ground option which has the same estimated delivery date of 6+ days away!!!

I'm sorry for the confusion! In reviewing your account, I see that you are currently subscribed to Flash. However, if your order contains a hazmat item, please note that your entire order will be shipped Ground and may take 2-8 business days to be delivered. Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipping by ground shipping only.

@JoryAlyse It looks like there are four items in your basket but I'm only seeing three in the screenshot provided. Can you please let us know what the fourth item is so we can look into this further? Thank you!
