Promo discount code not received after text sign up

I did not receive a 10% discount code after signing up for texts with Sephora and my mother had the same issue. I see a lot of posts with the same problem. Is Sephora handling this problem?

It’s the first offer on their app but here it is June and I didn’t get my coat either. Seems like the problem is still there
