Promo code won't work

I created a basket with $75 of allowable items, and the promo code 2020SAVE works. I added one item to this list from The Ordinary, and received a pop-up saying that I could no longer use the discount. Why won't it work, if I have the required $75 in items not from excluded brands?

Hi @Lajoliejlie,

 

The discount cannot be applied to The Ordinary products. Please remove the Ordinary from your cart and then place the order with the 2020SAVE discount. Thanks!
