Promo-Code 15% doesn't work

Hello,

I have a problem with my 15% promo-code for insiders. I can't apply the code. Everytime I wan't to use it, there pops up a message "Must be a insider to redeem", although my status says I'm a insider. 

How can I get my 15% off now.

This is a sale for North America only but living in Germany you can easily buy from French Sephora. Big sales start around January in France if I remember correctly

Hi, @Anonymous. I'm pretty sure this sale is for US and Canadian customers only. I think that may be your problem.
