Profile not loading

My profile suddenly has nothing listed on it when I use Chrome on my Mac or Safari on my phone. When I log into the app on my phone it says I have zero reviews which isn't true. I currently have a review pending that I wrote yesterday and want to confirm that it will go through and also confirm that I will be able to see all of my past reviews on my profile again. Below is what it looks like on Chrome:

@Julie2405 This is being worked on. In the meantime you should be able to view your profile on our app.

I’m using the app and I still can’t see any of my reviews, it says 0. Can you confirm that my last review for Lancôme will be posted?

@Julie2405 I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I have reported this to our technical team to look into. Please try clearing your cookies/cache as this may help.
