Products came open

Sephora order arrived this weekend and one of the products had opened and spilled all over the box. Multiple items were damaged because of it. These were all meant to be gifts and now I can’t give them because they are damaged and/or missing half their product from opening inside the box. 

Would appreciate either a refund on my order or getting sent replacement products because paying full price for damaged items is ridiculous.
