Product images not loading in App

I'm on an Android device - Samsung s8. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times, so I know the app is up to date. Product images are blank, but other images show fine.

@bluerosetx Did this get resolved for you?? I've been having this same issue for weeks and thought it was just me. I restarted my phone (pixel 4a), uninstalled/reinstalled the app, made sure it was updated, and still no change.

So glad to find out it's not just me .... unfortunately. I hope you've gotten some answers &/or resolution by now!! It's extremely difficult for me to do online shopping without any product photos, I've come to discover! Hopefully it gets fixed soon so I can purchase what I need.

Product images are not loading in app. This wasn't an issue before. You're losing sales because of this. My Ulta app is working just fine, guess I'll shop there instead.
