Product arrived damaged

It was the first time I ordered something from Sephora website and unfortunately my order arrived damaged. Two of the squares completely exploded.

Although I hope this doesn't happen to you ever again, customer service is only available during certain hours if you need to call, 5am to 9pm PT M-F, and 6am to 9pm PT on weekends. You can also use the Chat function for customer service assistance during their online hours, 5am to 9 pm PT. Sometimes the Chat function shows as unavailable during these hours, but I think that's just because Chat is at capacity. It usually becomes available again in a short amount of time if you keep your eye on it.

I hope you can get your beautiful palette replaced!

@CookieGirl1 I am trying to reach out customer service by email but no success. I will try to call them tomorrow, hopefully they can replace this item for me or get some store credits. Thanks 🙂
