Product arrived damaged and leaking

I am disappointed that I have to make this post on the community place, but I called customer service today to help with a leaking/empty bottle of product that arrived a couple days ago. I did not get to open it until today. Customer service supposedly could not see the order or track it at all. I told them it was delivered and I was looking for a return or exchange and they said they could not help me without a receipt. Meanwhile I have a screenshot of my order, the product itself, the shipping label on the box, my account shows my order history, etc. 
 
The bottle is basically empty which is why I would like a brand new product. If it was only spilled a little bit, it wouldn’t be a problem. 
 
Customer service was extremely rude on the phone and tried to blame me for spilling the product or something.
 
I will be contacting Inkeylist as well to show the mess Sephora made with their product. It sucks because this was a gift for someone else. 
 
It’s shocking how many people have this same issue with Sephora. Please someone help.
